It doesn't mean marry me for sure :)
Btw, I"m serbian, so trust me. It's a vulgar but not so offensive joke. You might here that between friends as a joke. You have to understand this type of humor.

actually I did write it wrong.
"ko te sretne nek ti metne" means slightly different thing. In free translation means "I wish that who meets you next, puts it in you".
Hm, maybe you should stick to "Will you marry me" because this might hurt her :)
