say i have a site that promotes certain types of illegal vandalism, details how to do it, shows you resources on learning more, and even has photos of said vandalism.
i can't get any legal flack for that can i? freedom of speech and all that?
do i need some sort of bullshit disclaimer to cover my ass?

In fact you do need a disclaimer!
Saving your ass now is better then saving it down the road.

Graffitti?

You should definitey have a disclaimer somewhere up there. It should be accessible and the terms in it should be clear, but feel free to make the colour hard to see :)

yes, dislcaimer.
you also have to be careful because if you dont have one, you can be cited as causing violence/vandalism, which IS illegal.

incitement to commit an illegal act is an offence.
