I'm Canadian living in Texas and I have never heard of Canadian Bacon-Canadian Cheese and Canadian Whiskey. Also in Canada we call 'American Cheese-Processed Cheese. WTF is Canadian Bacon anyway?

ever see the whisky commericial where some guy is doing shots at a bar and an old warty bitch in a wheelchair is at the other end and the more shots he does the better looking she gets until he finally just gets up and wheels a super model out?

done THAT too many times. I tried so many times that I moved into a ground floor apartment. I hate wheeling them dow the stairs in the morning. Ground floor is nice!

I don't even think we can call American cheese - cheese. I believe we have to call it "processed milk byproduct that could cause grievous harm"
... and yes, it's toque. Not took or sweater hat for that matter.

Texans call long Toques 'Toboggans' A toboggan is something you slide down snow with but they don't do that down here-no snow!

The History of Canadian Whisky dates back to the 1800's when Rum, which was prevalent was mixed with "high wine", which was a whisky spirit made from grains. This made it stretch further and added flavor. Fur Traders quickly realized that the Indians had no use for gold or money. However, they enjoyed "fire-water".
"One recipe used at "Fort Whoop-Up", for example, called for: (a) 26 ounces of whisky, (b) one pound of chewing tobacco, (c) one bottle of ginger (size not given, assumed to be about eight ounces), (d) a handful of red pepper, (e) a quart of molasses and believe it or not (f) a dash of red ink. Mixtures such as this became increasingly popular among the Indians, who became so addicted that they would trade all of their possessions for a cup or bottle."*

Yep that's bad, because Makers Mark isn't made in Canada.

it's bad because whisky is only distilled and bottled in Scotland.
whiskEy on the otherhand is distilled all over and is of inferior quality.
