How Did You Learn Web Stuff?

I started (mid '90s) coding HTML
with a book. Later stuided about webdesign, concentrating on Interfaces, Usability, Information Architecture Graphics and so on (i studied it at university but i think it can be learned with the right books and hours of navigation on good sites), then discovered flash 4.All you need is passion and motivation and good multimedia design bg.
Codeing skills are the last thing on the list, and can be acquired on the path.
