i bought a powerbook back in september because i needed it for university.
lets say my powerbook happens to get in a small accident.. say right after i happen to do a back up. do you think apple's warranty will replace it with a brand new one with the intel chip? or actually fix it.

do u have Apple Care?
if yes, they will fix it for you.
if no, still under 1 year warranty and will fix it for youno, they wont replace it with a new one.
no, they wont give you the new macbook pro
