Can anyone recommend any good places to grab a bite in Dublin and Killarney? The girlfriend is a vegetarian to an extent, but she will have certain seafood on occasion.
Thanks in advance!

It has to be Cornucopia on Wicklow street for vegeterian food - great food but full of wierdos and way to busy at lunch time!
L'Gueuleton (fade street dublin) has the nicest food inthe universe, not sure about vege tho
http://www.dublinks.com/index.cf…Killarney - buy cheese, a loaf of bread and score some plastic knives and eat somewhere on the ring of Kerry - don't forget to clean up after you!

In Dulbin I ate at Gallagher's Boxty House a couple times, great Irish food even w/ vege dishes. In Temple Bar.

There's one vegetarian when you turn west from O'Connell to Abbey, on the right, called Govinda. They've just redecorated it, but I haven't tried anything there yet.
The one on Wicklow must be pretty good, it's always packed.

For some reason the Govindas on Aungier/Georges St. is much nicer than the Abbey St. branch. You've also got Yamamori Noodles just up the road on Georges St. and they do some great veggie dishes. I much prefer them to Wagamama--you're not herded onto benches like cattle, and the food is yummy. Also on Georges St. is Cafe Bar Deli for lovely pizzas, and a vegetarian restaurant called 'Juice'. The moral of the story is: you can't go wrong with Georges Street for good veggie food.

all good recommendations there.
cornacopia was always my favourite for lunch if you could get a seat. some people don't like the hecticness of it all. but it is the type of food i eat myself.
actually dublin is better than a lot of cities for veggie restaurants and for other restaurant at least having a few veggie options.
don't know about killarney.
