Does anyone know if the Epson cx5400 is a wireless printer? I have one and I just sold my desktop, so now I'm left with a laptop and it's be nice not to have to plug in the USB everytime I need to print.
Any wireless junkies out there?

Looking at the specs, it says that the connectivity is done via usb 2.
Printers we have at work actually have an ethernet jack on them, then plug directly into the router. through the router the router it is assigned an IP and then you can setup the printer on the laptop. search the epson site for a network printer.

it would be cool if someone hacked into it and sent you a print of their butt

Does a Belkin54g or Linksys router make a printer wireless? Or do I need to get that USB 1.1 router?

If the printer you have has an ethernet jack it will work in any wireless router.

I don't think it does...I'll check.
But if it doesn't, can't I just plug the USB cord into the router for it to be wireless?
