nice,
see the petals that adorn the left and right sides, would these look nicer as actual petals but with a loxer opacity same as the reflections of the rose and the book?....

ehm, MAN are marrying too, not woman only - right?
- kev_charlton0
Yeah i know, but from my experience it's usually women that splash the cash!
You reckon it's a bit girly?

women run the wedding show, men pay for it
looks nice, but a bit girly yeah..
//make it web 2.0 if you want the man in on it

That's what I was thinking, women generally make the decisions...had a look at a fair few wedding service sites and they are all pretty girly with flowers n that. Kinda why I went down this route.
More Web 2.0. What like rounded text and bevels...er...maybe not.

It's all nice, apart from the petal bits on the sides, stand out a bit too much
- kev_charlton0
Do you reckon it needs the petals at all?

I think it works well, I would atleast desaturate the rose a bit - that bright red grabs your eye first. Maybe make it more of a pink rose
- kev_charlton0
see what you mean, pink rose would probably go better anyway...nice one.

Are americans on here now? What do you yanks reckon?

Very nice. I think it needs a bit more contrast though. Some of the text is a little too soft.
Otherwise very nice.

I'd either increase the contrast on the text or de-saturate/lighten the rose a little. The text isn't hard to read for me, but I keep going back to that rose for right now.

I'd go for more contrast too... you can still keep the mauve, just richer/darker
