Not good enough!
Although to promote Harold and Kumar, they set up an inflatable White Castle on Sunset for a week, but they gave out FROZEN ones! I went anyways...but not the same.

Yeah...hahaha..beach...2 hours away, mountains 4 hours, strip mall...1-3 hours, depending on if you can find a parking spot.
- Douglas0
I'm doing the opposite...
moving from LA to NY. More specifically from SantaMonica to Brooklyn and at the end of July. Maybe we could trade places.
- Douglas0
added: my place is $1750/month 2 bedroom in SM near the MainSt. area, close to Venice, 4blocks from beach and lots of things to walk to. Shoot me an email if you'd like any more details or questions about other parts of LA... sorry i didnt get a chance to read this entire thread, but I would be happy to trade some LA/NY info with ya.
- Soler0
Yeah...hahaha..beach ...2 hours away, mountains 4 hours, strip mall...1-3 hours, depending on if you can find a parking spot.

Its true...depending on where you live, dont get me wrong. Im a LA lover not a hater.
Especially now its summer...
- twooh0
i honestly don't want to move to LA, simply because I don't like a big sprawl. ideally, i would have moved to San Fran.
but, west LA sounds somewhat enticing.

Yeah...hahaha..beach ...2 hours away, mountains 4 hours, strip mall...1-3 hours, depending on if you can find a parking spot.

(May 26 06, 11:54)a bit exaggerated, but so true.
also alot of wreckless driving/assholes
- in8_v40
L.A. is no substitute for NYC.
Try San Fran if you want west coast livin'
- twooh0
Yeah, I know. But the jobs I want are all in LA.
- twooh0
cool site btw

Who is driving 2 hours? Work close to where you live. Thats what I do- and grocery, clubs, bars, restaurant, everything is close! Especially in West L.A. and SM. best place in LA to live. no reason to commute on a day-to-day basis. Don't hate, love.
