I'm not quite sure what you're looking for but it may help to format your HTML a bit in the future.
Indentation is the path to happy coding.
Check your mail in a little bit.

putting the space in resloves the issue, i then preview it and go back to the code and it goes back to black.
Is there a way of auto formatting html code in dreamweaver like AS in flash?

You don't have the div tag "wrapper" closed out.

Is there a way of auto Indenting the Code like you did flavorful?

Er, not sure. I did that by hand, and do most of my HTML coding by hand as well.
I haven't used DW in years so I'm not much help there unfortunately.
I work mostly with .NET and Visual Studio does indentation automatically thankfully (though it does tend to go a little nutso every once in awhile).
