Anyone know the proper markup so that I can hide text, and for it not to take up the blank space in CSS.
I'm trying to hide a header. I would like to hide "Navigation" like this:
Navigation
Link 1
Link 2
Link 3

h1 { display: none; }
??

I've tried that...it hides it but it still takes up the empty space. I thought there was a way to do it but maybe I'm mistaken.
thanks though

it should not take up space.
you may want to show us an example of your code, it could be something else conflicting.are you applying it toa block level item?
