I asked for crit before, but I have added some things and improved some things.
There are still a lot of buttons for each project, but that is on the list to prune it down some.
What are your thoughts?

well, the first line of the footer in firefox is in the wrong place
but other than that

the black on the bottom made my eyes open up...it was such a large contrast next to the sweet blue...
i love it!!! my eyes are still vibrating.
:)

i am thinking of making the black just a dark grey, but it looks muddy if i do
hope your eyes are ok

honestly, i don't care for he layout. all the elements seem very disparate; the work you are showcasing is way too small in proportion to the rest of the site. the arrangement of the buttons is really hurting the site imo, they're layout is really dictating the site's design, and not the other way around. also, the project descriptions running longitudinally compound the problem even more by not taking advantage of the expanse of horizontal space you have; they are looking way too cramped.
i'm also not sure why the area at the bottom is black. it just seems very awkwardly handeled in general.

i agree with johndiggity. i know it sounds contradictory, but the elements seem to be really widely spaced on the vertical axis and yet there's still something kind of squished about the layout.

hmmm
i spaced everything out because of feedback i had that it needed more vertical space...
i will reevaluate it...i have everything the same css class, so re-spacing shouldn't be too hard...
the black is different to offer contrast...i will see what it's like if it's still blue
thanx
anything else
the basics of the layout (the work size and text position) will probly stay the same because it is good enough for now...
