Video Footage advise

  hi all, I need some advise please.

  I have some VHS video footage of the family, ok "hard core porn" no, the family. I have managed to ripp the VHS footage, but the source is not in very good condition to begin with, which does not help matters.

  Are there any filters, or app's that can clean up the video footage, or just improve on what is already there.

  Any advise welcome please.
