any body have a good resource for online advertising statistics? like what's considered a good clickthrough percentage for different types of banner ads?

In general .08% is industry average. Decent campaigns would get about .2-.3% in my 8 years of exerpeince.
Rich media, highly effective campaigns and the such would be anywhere from .8% to 3-4%.
I've seen some rich media campaigns that were pretty specifically targeted report click thru rates of 10% or more.
If you see 1-2% you are doing a pretty damn good job.
