Wouldn't London be so much more fun if we had these instead of escalators in the tube?
- mr_snuggles0
If the canals were cleaner I'd swim or jetski to work...
- paraselene0
ooh! can't wait to go and see these. don't get me wrong, i'm all for sound installation and everything, but this looks much more exciting!
:D

Slides are the future. I think it will be just like the opening credits of Futurama.
- UndoUndo0
that space is such a great asset to the tate

Can't wait!

Hi Duncan.
How's the cold?
- UndoUndo0
ha ha
terrible
thanks for asking
(I thought the fog this morning was just me - what a relief to its actually part of teh weather)
- honest0
i can just see it now.
Sat morning:
South Bwankers and art students will be shoving poor kids out the way to get a go on this installation. There'll
be tears, there'll be fights, clothes will be torn – anarchy!!

Surely.
On the tube this morning I finally lost all patience. I'd been waiting for a carriage that would have enough room to let me on. I must of been stood there a good 20 minutes, and then, there, is my chance - I get on - just. Then I suddenly feel this sharp pain in my back, and cuntface behind me is fucking trying to get in this carriage by force. I backed out - quite sharply and sent him flying back out and shouted something like "Fine. I'll get the fuck off.." or something...Then I have to wait another 10 minutes.
I think Para might have noticed my shitty mood this morning.
- paraselene0
no. my own encounters with public transport this morning forced my hand, as it were, into the hermes bag of the dragon lady power luncher squashed up against me in a desperate bid for diazepan. i didn't notice your mood at all...
- UndoUndo0
you both need to get driving licenses and cars then y'd be sorted
sniggers childishly
:D
- paraselene0
are you mad? pay £7 squillion per month in congestion charges just to have some local brat pals of kuz' smash the windows in and nick my blauplunkt? i don't think so.
- UndoUndo0
thats why i was sniggering. that and the speed of travelling in cars in london
:D
- paraselene0
ah, gotcha. still a little fuzzy from that diazepan.
:l
- UndoUndo0
hah seems like 'numb' is the order of teh day

Think of the friction though! On a busy week you'd get through a pair of Levis!
Unless your boss is prepared to introduces a 'wear & tear' expenses plan, I think its ludicrous.
- vespa0
oh for god's sake concrete you're a designer, think around the problem!
special pants will be supplied by ken livingston. they will fold out from one's oyster card and will be available in a multitude of colours including bacon streaky pink.
- Concrete0
I just spoke to Ken and he said they will only be issued in mother of pearl to coinside with the oyster brand.
I told him that I would buy him a pint and some pork scratchings if he did bacon streaky pink.
I'll keep you posted, vespa.
- mr_snuggles0
I just hope someone emailed Judy at spin...
- Concrete0
Judy at spin holds no sway over public transport issues like this, snuggs. Can you lend me 50p for those scratchings - unless you're down with mother of pearl?
