Am I the only one who gets to work close to 2 hours early simply because if I don't, I won't be able to park at the train station?

why dont you move to the city that you work in instead of traveling to a parking lot 2 hours early??

what station are you parking at?

Main and Bergen Line mother fuckers!

nj transit is beh. but its still better then driving into the city. Montclair-Boonton line here. (doesn't run on the weekends. bastards)

the north jersey coast line from middletown is ace. havent had any problems at all. then again, i live about 1 mile from the station, so i dont have to park.

Northeast corridor is the same. Hamilton and Princeton both full up by 7am... except for the permit spots. they never fill up until they open to everyone at 10am.

YES! had to do the NE Corridor for 3.5 weeks until i could move into my apt. in brooklyn.
If you got to hamilton after 6:40am, you can't park. and there's nothing within miles to even park and walk. screwed!
I had to get a septa train in PA, then transfer in Trenton, just to get to work at a normal time.

I get on at PJT. The reason I am not in Hoboken (where I work) is because I'm saving for a place.
Other than having to leave the house before crack of dawn I don't mind the commute so muchg; I just HATE the whole parking drama.
The work up in NYC/NYC metro is so much better than anything I could get in Central NJ. I actually look forward to going to work.
Best part: I don't have to deal with a bunch vacuous desktop publishers who think you can get a totally awesome design education at Gibbs.
(I will change my opinion on that prior statement when I actually see a resume/portfolio from a student there that blows me away).
