i like it.
a couple things though.
the rollovers for your nav are so subtle i didn't know if the buttons actually worked or not. i'd make the rollover a bit more apparent.
some of the icons at top i'm not sure what are for. they're a little too generic for me to know what they mean.
love how you choose to showcase your work, and, in the 'images' section when you click to view one, and go to the next i really like how the old one falls off and fades away off the page. fantastic.
nicely done.

i don't think its moves smooth enough. sort of clunky at times. can't read "thoughts". yellow on white.

Nice to see a simple flash site.
Good work.

Nice. but the type thingy gets old.

I have to scroll down, that is not good for me.
Nice work, nice layout, nice design

Hi springbok ...
Your site looks really great. Its simple, easy to use and very effective with nice photography.
I think people put too much emphasis on crazy flash animation when I think it should be used to compliment a design - not to over power it. It looks really awesome - good job. Nice portfolio work too!

I cant see your work? not sure if its in there?
Are you slideshowpro inside flash?
- springbok0
Thanks Guys.
I will take a look at the buttons, yellow type and the size of the screen when the work opens. What do you mean "the buttons at the top are a little to generic"?
Thanks again
Ill keep u posted on the progress

from a ui standpoint the user (myself) has no idea what these are or what they do. in this case nothing... so they really shouldn't be there.
when i clicked into your work only then did the one button become active and it took me a second to figure out what the others did. i'd think about them a bit more, and if you're worried about the user going 'previous' or 'next' i'd just keep the arrows and ditch everything else. it's not needed.

cool thanks ill take a look

Works well I reckon dave. Like the imagery/screenshots in the web section.
Not sure if you can take them buttons off slideshowpro tho.
- springbok0
Yea neither am I kev. Hows things anyway? Did you get my email the other week?
- neue75_bold0
I think the line length of your copy/project info is too long. Could use a smaller column and set the copy on two lines...
- springbok0
can someone test this on 1024x768 screen and let me know if, when the work section is clicked it makes you scroll down?
- kev_charlton0
yeah, have to scroll at 1024x768.
Did you not get my reply Dave? Sent it same day!
- springbok0
no neva got it kev. can u send it again please.
how busy are u anyway?
- kev_charlton0
Check yer mail Dave, am off to bed now! Good luck with the site...

simple but equally complicated... plus using a interface well known to people and then twisting it can be a bit problematic... but better than most of the stuff on here... keep it up
that might of sounded negative, but wasn't meant to be... guess I've been listening to clients too much :)
- springbok0
Cheers Engage.
Do you mean with SSP? about twistin the interface?

I'm always a bit disappointed when I see slideshowpro on a web designer's portfolio. Seems like a cop-out.
