WTF i lost my fonts and in an attempt to recover these fonts from my dsos1 book and cd i run into this news
then i find out the book is now about 250bucks@ amazon
what a bust and what a way to kill my boner for these fonts...theres just no way ill buy the fonts now! pricks. anyone else buy this book? maybe i should sell it now and buy some designers republic stuff...FUckk! here i though as long as i have the book/CD im backed up..ass

I too own the book - I bought it from new in 2003 I think but never downloaded all the fonts. I recently wanted to use the Gutschrift family and found the dsos.com message which made me very angry!
Does anyone know where I might be able to download the fonts again? Surely I have paid for the license to use these - it seems very unfair!
