I went on a b-trip in pisa, how's florence, i would like to visit
- Mrcziyu0
Oh if you went to pisa and never been in Florence before then you'll get enthusiast.
- Karpa0
Almost perfect but you should improve the navigation :)

How long must I sit through that rubbish before the girls get naked?
- e-pill0
i think your bandwidth was being eaten up...the site moves very smoothly now.
i love how i can enlarge the images and self move the pics to see the detail of the garments.
the site is a lot bigger than i had originally seen and i am immpressed with the amount of retail stores your product is with-in.
good job!!

(Aug 4 07, 05:02)Thaks.
You mean for improved navigation?? The tree like menu isn't so understandable? We guessed someone could have some problems in understanding.Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Pretty slick site. I like how it opens up with the video.
On the single item page, it took me a while to figure out to have to click on the image or that tiny little icon in the top right to have the images nav reappear. Seems like it might be easier to have it simply reappear when you mouse over the right side of the screen.
I also had trouble locating the little icon for making the main nav reappear. I almost wonder if you should just ditch the tree-like nav (it looks a little out of place) and just go for something like a pulldown menu with an obvious link to open it up.

Love the sleek clean look. Though I agree with ukit, it took me a while to figure out how to get back to the main nav. Maybe if you had it when the mouse is moved to the bottom that the main nav will pop up.

looks very nice.
I have no problems with slow flash or loading times.
nice and smooth.
good work.

Thanks everybody for last comments. sounds nie the way you all out there were impressed by the first look of the web site ... We really tryed to get out of those look and feel problems connected to fashion goods !
I would like to especially thank e-pill for taking so long time to investigate our web site and write down the last report. Hey man your judgement was great!
Concerning tree menu and functional icon we will sure release new version in september. We're approaching to write down other massive action script to let the tree come up if you click on the "basement" of main nav section selected.
This is getting really difficult but we will do it.And for those functional icons we tought after a while someone is on the website this will introduce easily to the way it works. Maybe we have to think something more evident and just work on the use of mouse roll.

I don't like the look of the site at all. it's really poorly executed. The visual elements feel very slapped together. If it wasn't for the good photography the site would be a big failure in the design dept. Thank the art director and photogs for saving your ass here.
The typography is icky, the layout is almost non-existent, the blurs you have going on are set to low-quality and look tacky, and it runs....sooo slow....on my PowerBook.
- GT_10
and wtf is with the underscores all over the place, and the lower caps?
"ad_campaigns"?
Is this some subtle nod to 2advanced? My guess is it's the same explaination I see throughout this design: laziness and lack of talent.
I encourage everyone to look through the other portions of the website. It's easy to be impressed be good photography (even tho it's wrapped up in a simple slideshow) but the layout of the more text-heavy sections really hightlight the total lack of design skills involved in this site.
The "Press Office" section looks like a wireframe test gone wrong.

PSA to all of NT: I think it's disturbing how many of you cannot seperate in your minds the content from the design that supports it. I see you ooh and aww over video and photography. The site itself is shit, yet you look at them as one in the same.

(Aug 4 07, 16:47)Oohh!! We beg for mercy great Lord! Master of design and Grids!
we implore for your forgiveness as our small terrestrial minds have only limited capacity and understanding of visual balance.
We ask for forgiveness and a second chance to remain in this earth practicing the profession of designer. Shall we make one for mistake, you can take our souls and let us decompose to feed the worms.

I agree with GT...
I couldn't get past the first 20 secs of the obscured catwalk video and lame music, piss-poor typography and a poorly executed attempt at an 'interesting' navigation...
but to each his own...
- Mrcziyu0
Dear GT_1: as you know my friend it's rather impossible to overcome completely the content in web site design.
And that's the reason why we decided to drop out all graphic design fantasy in order to develop a "lite" structure that gives the opportunity to exalt content itself.
The goal of company was not that one of writing a masterpiece in digital art but to designa a well structured web site where the content is the primary point of attention to visitors. And that's what happened according to other comments.

(Aug 5 07, 00:21)I would like to answer only to "obscured" video portion of the message not to repeat all the time same things. Unfortunately you know that on web we cannot use full HD videos come to your computer so that's why we decide the use of a "retina" layer just to drop the sensation of low quality video images.
In the same time this led to a "video wall" impression like you have something in front of you where everything is projected.
- Drno0
Mrxziyu,
you shouldn't get too involved with GT1,
he's one of the top 100 designers out there,
if it says it, it surely true,
i even heard he created the internet.
reminds me of qruise,

The Tree navigation is completly understood, but the problem is you could do it a little bit more interactive, this means, mouse over navigation so you can allways go back using the tree menu, the actual problem is that the tree navigation is only one way, then you have another button to go back...if you could allways navigate using the tree could be an idea :)
Best,
