i redesigned my website recently.

Some nice pieces in there, but your reel isn't doing it for me. It's not long obviously, since you don't have a huge body of work, which is fine, but I would tighten it some more. Also, maybe rethink the arc of the reel. It seems to just wander into the live action toward the end. You should pour through the reels of top motion and vfx companies. Always steal from teh best.
Remember, how you cut your reel says a LOT about you as an editor. Good luck! :)

I'm not a video guy, but just a thought in terms of the flow of the reel - it seems as though the reels of top companies typically move sequentially through their portfolio rather than jumping around. They usually focus on one piece at a time for 5-10 seconds, cap it off by bringing in the logo of the company or product so you can tell what you were looking at, and then move on to the next piece. I was thinking your reel might have more coherence if you edited it like that.

also lose all the work in the 'design' section.. it pulls the rest of the work down..
definetly lose the cow :)
