Oh but it does. It lists out every reason why I will not debate with you on this topic.
- mrdobolina0
you forgot one, you haven't done all of the reading.

Listen, this is getting really immature. I'm going to email you my number, if you feel like handling this in a more mature manner than sitting here talking shit on an internet message board, feel free.

Excellent this is winding down just as the NFL kickoff is about to start..perfect timing boys...

Why does it always get personal? are NT'ers incapable of both staying on topic and keeping any sort of personal attacks out? Seems like most of the professional NT'ers are spending a shitload of time either attacking or defending a personal attack.

Wait...are you guys hooking up?
- mrdobolina0
not worth my time, tommy. you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

I held this back earlier... might as well say it now...
... if a woman is carrying my child - I believe I have a say in the life or death... OF MY CHILD.
A buddy of mine in Dallas recently found out that his ex aborted their unborn child. He feels so disgusting inside... so HURT too... in his eyes his girlfriend murdered his child.
It's odd that it's illegal to birth a baby into a plastic bag and toss it in a dumpster... but if you 'handled' things only months earlier - you could've killed the kid and moved on to the next cock w/out issue outside of some out-patient fees.
And for those of you going on about the rape victims and women who's lives are in jeopardy - have a peak at the actual stats (reported at least - I know there are more rape victims out there that choose to not come forward about what happened to them)...
... you'll see that the numbers of those women when balanced against the women who abort because they don't want the responsibility/will effect their careers etc... are MINIMAL... TINY in comparison to the self-centered reasons...
Have a look over here at the Alan Guttmacher Institute's review over the past years...
... now I realize this is one institutes version of stats... so take them as you will (but pro-choice and pro-life groups have used this data):
"Actual percentage of U.S. abortions in "hard cases" are estimated as follows: in cases of rape or incest, 0.3%; in cases of risk to maternal health or life, 1%; and in cases of fetal abnormality, 0.5%. About 98% of abortions in the United States are elective, including socio-economic reasons or for birth control. This includes about 25% for primarily economic reasons."

(Sep 7 07, 07:14)A) I am not a fundie, I am an orthodox Christian who believes in the SPIRIT of the law, as opposed to a legalistic following of the LETTER of the law (such people give no heed to context). I personally disagree, very strongly, with the modus operandi displayed by most of the "christians" featured on the CNN special.
B) Not sure where you get the idea that "fundies" think their women are baby factories, but that certainly is not my stance. My wife is a queen in my eyes: my best friend, the love of my life, and my prime motivation for working hard and living in a selfless manner (after my love for Christ, of course). Any child of ours that she bears is jsut as much hers as it is mine. If her life was fully proven to be in danger by the act of childbirth, we would consider abortion as a last-resort option. If she wanted an abortion for any other reason, I would hold her as guilty of murder.
If she were raped and became pregnant, I would raise the child as my own (God save me from castrating the man who would do such a thing!).

gramme, you are a sappy dude. sorry.

gramme, I am one bitter dude. sorry.

(Sep 7 07, 07:32)I may be a sappy romantic ass, but I don't treat my wife as property, nor do I know any practicing Christian man who treats his wife as property.
- mrdobolina0
not bitter at all, just not living with my head in the clouds. I mean:
"If she wanted an abortion for any other reason, I would hold her as guilty of murder."
Get real, who contemplates this shit?
- harlequino0
I am not a Christian, nor do I practice any type of organized religion.
And I, for one, fully intend to treat my new wife as property.C'mon, I'm kidding! Jeezuz.
This thread needs some serious humor sauce poured on it on this fine Friday. :D
- BonSeff0

- BonSeff0

- Mimio0
//Yeah me too man. ...with God as my witness I'd recommend the death penalty for my wife after she aborted a pregnancy.
- MrVandemar0
What I don't understand is one person's need to force their morals on others with laws. Be it gay marriage, abortion, whatever. If you don't believe it in, then don't do it, but it shouldn't mean that I can't... (and yes, that includes murder, arson, rape, and beastiality... note heavy SARCASM)
What happened to the days when the back of a penny said, "mind your own business".
