66,000 Unique Visitors a month
608,000 Pageloads a Month
For a locally advertised website
what would you consider that traffic?
High
Moderate
Lowjust curious ...

Depends on the business I guess.
If its a news site then probably not but if its a regular small to mid sized business then yes.

Does 'locally advertised' = local business?
If so, that's pretty huge I think.
If it were a Yahoo, or something, then no.

yea small local business , clubs and bars listings , ads in local papers, radio , flyers ...

Sounds like some busy busy traffic.

if you had a shop and 66,000 people came in each month you would get robbed 10,000 times.

high. also depends on how long it's been around. the longer, the better google rankings generally.

Without knowing the website it's impossible to tell.
It seems to me that many of those visitors are returning for something from diferent computers, ip, or devices that aren't trackable.
If not, and they're strictly new visitors, the banners are working and such a captive audience should be given the right message knowing that you have it.

I'd say that's pretty good. I used t o help run/manage a local website and it maxed out at about 35-40K unique visitors per month back it it heyday. Whatever you're doing its something right.
