^ Should note with that photo. That's the results of 28 years of truck driving and the sun only hitting the left side of his face through the side window. It shows the damaging effects of the sun. :/

I follow this webcam of Perugia, Italy. The pic on top shows the city with most lights turned off (not sure why they're off). The pic on bottom is five minutes later with the lights back on.
- I see most of the same lights on in both. Looks more like an exposure/white balance etc etc adjustment.ETM
