- what worked for 'me' was learning not to freak out and stress myself out... first several times i got it, i was sick as a dog afterwards...exador1
- last time i got it was about 3 years ago, and i just sat quietly, and didn't get upset or anything...and just kinda passively let it happen...exador1
- once the 'sparkling lights' drifted away from my view, i was pretty exhausted, but not sick to my stomach like earlier times....exador1
- gotta be calm, take 2 Advil, water, sunglasses, let the black white shimmers slowly fill your vision, then migrate ‘off screen’ over 45 ish minutesprophetone

- I used to take imetrex by injections for my migraines. The meds came with a vhs tape with instructions on how to inject. Later they came out with a nasal sprayGnash
