Ughhh. Neutral feelings. What's up with all the screaming and Marilyn Manson makeup? That got on my nerves a little.

Hmm...there was a lot of screaming. To me, it made sense though. The vampires were animalistic and had a certain way of communicating with each other. I appreciated that there were no subtitles. That way it required the audience to be slightly more engaged. For some reason the screaming didn't bother me as much as all of the screaming in a film like....Spiderman, for example. I think that one had a lot more.

Josh Hartnett is not dead?

I admit, I used to like Josh Hartnett. And I even have this poster of him drinking milk from an old bottle and wearing nothing but a trenchcoat over underwear.
Yes...um....I've said too much.
I have gotten over him.
Really.

By the way, I loved 28 Days Later, and I loved Saw even more (really). I also love vampire-related things, but I hate the cheesy, overdone stories involving vampires. Which is why I can't wait to see this one.

was that poster a candid shot of josh hartnett?

Jaline, have you seen Near Dark? If you haven't, rent it before they remake it.
- Jaline0
Thanks, spendogg. Adrian Pasdar is dreamy, although I suspect he looked different back then.

I finally saw this film. I really liked, actually. It works better in the comic book format. Although, I think you can forgive the weaker ending in a film because it's easier to completely see a project the way you want to in a comic book, which has limitless possibilities. The film itself was still good....it just needed a bit more explaining about the vampire blood.
