Just finished up this little pet project. It's a site that basically bastardizes popular quotes on behalf of designers ;)

- im pretty sure you could have sold the hats without the useless tags that will be thrown into the landfill.********
- same goes for every time you update your phone, or when you make the choice of driving instead of using public transportation :)Miguex
- transportation :)
I'm pretty sure my carbon footprint is waaaaaaaay below average, and considering I only made 20 hats.. wellMiguex - made 20 hats...Miguex
- mig, generally you make good work at too fast a rate. you make me look bad! nice stuff as always dude! :)Hombre_Lobo
- im sure you could have sold them without the tags, but it would look less like a complete product, an less proHombre_Lobo
- thinking again, you guys are right.
my orders are small, and I thought it was necessary to stand out, at this early stageMiguex - stand out at this early stage of branding, but after my 100 tags are done, I won't be doing it anymore :)Miguex
- I don't know if it's because I'm a paper guy or what, but i wouldn't worry about your waste on this one.capn_ron
- I mean seriously. it's a puny piece of paper. let's not get over our heads.capn_ron
- I like the tag and certainly part of brand identification. In the future make it a ticket to get into a showkerraaang
- wow, totally pro Miguex!!cbass99
- Love the extra details, rivets give the tag that much moreMSTRPLN

The concept above was actually created from one of the restaurant locations. I was inspired by their building and the overall frames with photos inside of the restaurant.
The lights used in the design were supposed to link the interior of the restaurant and it was taken from the actual photo of the interior..
These 2 pictures played the role in deciding to go with this look:
The exterior (the site page background and header)
The interior and lights:

I'm trying to leave my client work to make product instead. I've just launched my 3rd t-shirt site in six years: http://thewisconsinstore.com
The site is barely live and we're messing with it daily, so any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is most welcome. And yes, I know that some pages are just an image. My programmer's dragging his feet.
Though I live in Philadelphia it's a tribute to my home state and my family back there will help run it.
- kinda cheesy...doesnotexist
- I've lived in Philadelphia for 30 years and have had to endure cheese remarks evey time I tell someone where I spent 18 years. This site is my revenge.PatrickKing
- years. This site is my revenge to cheese.PatrickKing

Our next shirt. My friends back home have been yelling at me to get this one up. I posted this on Facebook last week and sent it to a dozen designer friends to discuss the typographic treatment. As I run http://typographyshop.com I agonize over type like crazy. Unfortunately the facebook poll resulted in a nearly even split. I like the upper right as it's keeping with the simple, elegant logo-like designs we've done so far. It also resembles something you'd see in a DMV manual. The one below it would sell more. Plus I'm intrigued by playing with the yellow offset, making it look like it's out of register. Constructive input most welcome.

Got final sign-off on a branding project last night. This is for a sub-brand of my friend's company, www.onetribe.net The owner and his wife and are starting this new venture to provide highly-customized one off accessories that are crafted from natural or reclaimed materials, primarily woods and yawn (hence the roots and crochet hook in the mark).
- nice!hektor911

- The taproot is very much aligned with the overall theme of Onetribe and F+F. I was happy with the final pieces.********
