A tattoo sketch for my best friend to commemorate the birth of the son he and his wife adopted a few months months ago.
Work in progress. Would appreciate some feedback from someone who knows about American Traditional lettering.
- I like it. P'haps too much in such a small space for a tattoo - could it be squarer to allow more space. But I do like it and I know little about tattoos.fadein11

- It certainly has a feminine feel. It's primarily for the wife, but my buddy will get it too. It's like a sailor tat, so feminine works. Like a "mom" tat.monospaced

- having more weight than the serifs and bits is far from traditional, might as well play around with it if you aren't going to stick to the script pun intended********
