Posted before, but just wrapped a 500 day project counting down to the election yesterday. Longest, consistent, self-directed project I have worked on to date.

Here's some photos of a job I worked on last week.
i was essentially a painter / decorator on the job, but helped with laying out and art-working the cutouts for the large-scale illustrations in the back room. Did some small bits of animation for the projections too.
The main concept and ideas for the shop were from https://www.instagram.com/exhibe… working with my mate https://www.instagram.com/trench… splitting the design time. Then https://www.instagram.com/sandwo… helped with fabricating some of the shelving and displays.
Also had to spray the gold shelves.
It was a bit last minute so there were a lot of late nights, but it's been a good distraction.
Pics aren't the best I was rushing them before getting a parking ticket.

I had bigger plans for a video, based on these stills. It was getting to the point where it took the viewport several seconds to redraw all the geometry so I scaled back my attention to the drone.

The interface I designed for Kenwood a couple of years ago is now starting to appear on their products. It's been bastardised quite a lot – nasty background images, clunky typography etc. But the overall structure, flows and UX are still there. Feels nice to see it out in the wild.
We did lots of user research and testing, and spent a lot of time in kitchens to make sure it was appropriate for a messy environment. The touchscreen never controls the machinery itself, it's mainly feedback on the state of the device and programme controls etc. The mechanical dial still does the main machine controls (important for safety, ergonomics of cooking etc)

I'm working on a TradingView indicator, it's what i used to make the video above. Here's a random screenshot of it:
It's a project that aims to cross math and geometry into the automated / generative art realm. Still unclear on it's full roadmap at this point but wanted to share and see If any of guys use tradingview and would like to try it, let me know. it should be close to release soon and would like some opinions from the community on it.
