one white / blackit has a white border but you canny see it on this background
basically the text reflects the data content of the illustrator file.i .e Paths: 101 (0 open, 101 closed, 404 points, length = 43833.148 mm). Highlight Substituted Fonts: OFF / Preserve Text Editability etc
