During the course of a flash mini-site project the customer of my client has asked for the FLV files so they can play around with the site and make changes in future, after hand-over. They have employed a print designer especially to deal with the project. Unsure how to proceed with this, do I:

    A) Just give them the FLV files
    B) Charge extra for providing these files
    C) Don't provide the supporting AS.files
    D) Just say no.

BTW, this site will be hosted from my clients main site and not the customers own URL so there is really no need for them to have the files, the request smells a bit fishy.

What ya think peeps. Would appreciate some advice.

    Thanks

Anyways, a perfectly normal question a client might ask. So E) Sell them the source files and sign away your rights for the right amount of money. Also throw in a disclosure that you are not responsible for what their designer is going to do with it.
