How many days off of holiday do get with your company a year?
- toe_knee0
21 days a year, and 1 personal day. We also get the option for leave without pay if we want a longer holiday

I think 12 plus 2 "floating holidays" (personal days).
Maybe it's less than 12, not sure.

As of 1st Jan '08 I get 27. Plus bank holidays. All paid of course...

RE: Leigh
Most places start you with 10 days vacation, 5 days sick time, and 2 personal days, plus 6-8 holidays. That's typical, though I've seen better and worse.
The newest trend is to provide a "time off bank", in which you are given, for example, 15 days combined vacation/personal/sick, to use as you see fit. It's less total days, but then you don't have to lie and call in sick, when you're really just sick of work.

15 days of paid vacation, this doesn't count holidays which I think I get another 7 or 8 altogether.

I get sick days and personal days too, but I generally will just work from home if I stay home sick.

17 personal days and around 10-12 holidays. 2 are floating.
