Re: Hi-Tec
Is there a comprehensive website archive of old trainers, in particular Hi-Tecs, etc?
I had a pair of trainers as an 11 year old that blew my tiny little mind, andI've always wanted to see them again, but have never managed to.
Trouble is, as much as they could've been Hi-Tec (which would be comparatively easy to find) it could as well have been Nike or Adidas, which as today shat out a load of whatever designs they thought'd stick...
- Actually, I might5've been 13 or so - they were fluoro at the height of that sort of thing around 1990detritus

Haven't visited in a while - kinda dropped off the shoe game in the past couple of years - but it has become quite popular since it's beginning. Being community-driven, you may or may not find what you're looking for...
- ooh, thanks - that's going to waste some time! :) (Going to have to check every Adidas/Nike release from '89-'91 :\ )detritus

- its not like i need more J5's .. but i will definitely cop if i can get a pairautoflavour
- They're nice, but the red mid sole looks kinda candy-ass, a darker red would have been perfect.face_melter
- Of course, they are the poor man's Toro Bravos ;)face_melter
- I'm starting to think Jordan has been trolling the whole time. Seeing how many kids shoes he can sell to adults********
- Sorry, I try not to put derogatory comments in these threads because everyone is different and each to their own, but come on...********
- They look like little kiddies shoes********

I bought a pair of these and everyone seems to go apeshit over them when Im out in public. There's so damn comfortable too.

- I dig. Nice plain trainers. A tad too plain for my taste, but better than most of the needlessly complex gaudy bullshit people wear these days...detritus
- you've really stepped into that "dad" imagedrgs
