Hey all,
I'm putting together a site that has a drop down css navigation at the top of the site and a div directly underneath it containing a flash movie.
When I have a placeholder image instead fo the flash movie the drop downs are visable. When I put the flash movie in place of the image the drop downs are hidden.
How do I keep my drop downs visible with the flash movie in place?

would this just work on the flash background? What if the drop downs are supposd to drop down over the principle subject in the flash movie?
I gave it a try and didn't see a difference. I also have an image that covers the background in the flash movie. Would that make a dif?

I'm pretty sure setting wmode=transparent should work in everything but Safari. I think Adobe might use a work around that swaps up a static image for the Flash if on Safari. Can't be sure... I don't have Safari here. I've had success in the past but can't find any links to show you unfortunately.

hmm. I'm testing in IE7 and FF on a pc right now. Not worrying about Safari for the time being.
