Okay, I've been digging through all of the past threads on this topic and CampaignMonitor seems to have the most NT/QBN users, so I have a couple of questions.
1) The MailBuild option might be a good fit for a client. Does anyone have experience with this? Good, bad? Easy for non-Web folks to use?
2) Does the area at which the client is creating/sending their message contain MailBuild specific logos, etc. or is it 'blind'?
3) Does anyone utilize the "upcharge" option on the delivery fees? Is it a worthwhile upcharge or closer to milking the client?
Thanks.

This is one I've used in the past. Pretty in-depth, but also pretty great once you get through all the in's and outs..
