Mornin' all.

Was wondering if any of you CSS magicians might be able to tell me how to stop the bg image on the above link scrolling, and just have the content area in the middle scroll?
I want to avoid having the bg image repeat...or scroll for that matter...so it stays positioned in the bg...and the content scrolls over it.
Hope I made that clear!
