republican debate is silly, in the reagan library, everyone keeps talking about reagan like he did things for the people. fuck reagan.
- Quite right. Reagan no saint. I thought he was a mean-spirited idiot in a genial disguise, actually.AndyRoss

I remember being a kid and my grandma having to come live with us because her medicare and soc sec. got messed up, sorry but it upsets me when people act like reagan is some sort of saint.
- why are you mentioning reagan?rtr
- the republican dabates were on.mrdobolina

It's all over. McCain will be the nominee. They were just going through the motions.

The lesser of two evils, so I guess Obama.
- what you said is quite cliche. dont vote if you dont care.mrdobolina
- lemme guess, you're a paultard?jpolk
- I'm not an American so it doesn't matter. My point is all politicians are scum with hidden agendas, Dem or Repub.thedriver

Being pro-life, I'd very reluctantly go for McCain. It's a shame, because Obama is brilliant, and I despise Republican foreign and environmental policy. For me though, the genocide of unborn babies trumps all (roughly 40 million since Roe v. Wade)...and even though I seriously doubt the law will ever be changed, I am compelled to hope and pray, and at the very least vote based on principle. I think voting for a pro-choice candidate is basically an endorsement of murder.

- Glad you have the courage of your convictions. I disagree with you 100%, but hey...TheBlueOne
- that law will never change, exactly because it gets guys like you to vote republican.mrdobolina
- i respect your values but i also disagree 100percent.
its not so black&white as you portray it.tank02 - but i understand it,
i have christian friends who share your beliefs and i respect those...tank02

I guess some people think it's okay to kill grown ups with families (soldiers) but when it comes to unborn specimen it is taboo. I wonder if there were many more than 3000 abortions last year. I suppose there probably were. What a waste of life...we could have sent them to Iraq when they turned 18 and then they could have died then but for our country;)

it's going to end up mccain vs clinton
*pause to vomit
and mccain will win
*vomits agin- I blame the Baby-boomers. They've gone GOP sellout.Mimio
- I'm afraid you may be right, rand. I don't know if I can stomach another president that talks about evildoers and terrorists.mrdobolina
- I'd rather have McCain than Hillary.flashbender

when mccain talks, i like to imagine him holding a small knife in his left hand so that when he's jabbing and thrusting his left hand around while giving a speech i just laugh cause i see him stabbing the air wildly.

why the fuck is the vote still racially polarized?
- moural1
Who cares? They're both the same.

Obama isn't in big oils back pockets as of now so that's good and plus the US needs a black president to educate the remaining bigots.
- obama doesn't owe anyone anything. the clintons and mccains have done a lot of favors over the years. they're bought and paid for.kona
- ... bought and paid for.kona
- I guess we're preaching to the choir. Americans need to take it to the streets and educate the elderly who probably don't know any better.rtr
- they are all bought and paid for - what do think PAC money is?flashbender
- mrdobolina0
Obama is not taking PAC money, so I am unsure how him and McCain are exactly the same. It is virtually unheard of that candidates don't take Special Interest money.
- plus, mccain has been in washington for ages, obama is a freshman senator.mrdobolina
- A PAC is just an organized group of individuals. Don't kid yourself.moural
- http://www.swamppoli…flashbender
- then vote for mccain... wow.mrdobolina
