Lakers 2-0 Nuggets
But very close this one, basically AD won the game at the buzzer
- Nuggets are frustrated, they wasted a lot of energy this game, don't know how much Jokic can take it going forward...grafician
- that was inedibleshellie
- *incredibleshellie
- @shellie and Lakers did the same exact final play just a few minutes back, the same AD with the 3, same position and allgrafician
- We got lucky tho, Rondo was nowhere this game, Bron very low in the 4th...grafician
- that AD shot was so beautiful, plumlee just stopped covering him for some reason?colin_s
- ^he got confused, he thought the last ball would go to James, AD came from nowheregrafician

"Congratulations to LeBron James on his All-NBA First Team selection."
"Congratulations to Anthony Davis on his All-NBA First Team selection."
Lakers in 4
- You mean against Denver 4-0?oey_oey
- Anthony Davis and LeBron James are first Lakers teammates to earn All-NBA First Team honors since Kobe and Shaq in the 2003-04 season.grafician
- Denver are depleted mate, next match would be on Friday, Lakers had already a week to chill and a game plan readygrafician
- I would bet a 4-2 win for Lakers tho' just to be sure lolgrafician
- ^ 4-2 seems more reasonable as long as Lakers are not 3-1 up LOL! I think the lakers can go from 4-0 to 3-4...oey_oey

I'm not a huge basketball fan but damn do I like watching a finals series and damn do I like watching Curry play the way he does.
Before Curry came along I'd had a theory that eventually 1-2 players in the NBA would be great at shooting accurate 3-pointers from a bit further out on the court, and that would then inspire younger kids to follow suit as they played in high school and college.
Then Curry came along and does exactly that and he's a machine at it. From a few guys I've talked to that coach kids teams or have kids playing basketball, it's happening in some ways. They all want to shoot 3's, they're getting stronger to do it. I imagine those kids will keep progressing and 5-10 years from now we will really see the evidence of that on the league.
I often jokingly say that eventually they'll be shooting them accurately from half-court, and maybe the NBA should change the scoring to make those shots worth 5 points. Could you even imagine how that would change the game?
- Most coaches wouldnt have allowed the risks that Curry takes but GS and Curry revolutionized everything.docpoz
- Yeah. Crazy to see kids throwing up long range 3 pointers. Live by the 3, die by the 3?studderine
- Mostly die. But when you're hot you slay.docpoz

Its amazing how people generate so much hate for Lebron and Curry. These guys are rare talents. Just sit back, enjoy and watch the game.
- +1oey
- I mean as I said below, Curry is just a really boring, born rich brat that was raised to be a great shooter.garbage
- Bron is a different beast. If I had to come up the way he came up, I would have curled up and died before I hit my teens. So much respect for that dude.garbage
- It's gonna suck when the Cavs get wiped out and he ends up on the Lakers.garbage

This is prime LeBron but the Warriors are too stacked.
Fuck Kevin Durant for life.

It's a bit ironic how Lebron created a super team in Miami, and now he's losing to a created superteam. Karma
- "J.R. Smith gets standing ovation, 'MVP' chants from Warriors fans during Game 2 introductions"pinkfloyd
- The first big three in the modern era was PP, KG, and Allen. Plus an emerging Rondo, that started this fucking arms race.garbage
- So allen rode the wave in boston and miamipinkfloyd
- ^ Mos def. Allen might be the saltiest retiree in recent years.garbage

"Stephen Curry produced a dazzling 43 points as the Golden State Warriors battled past the Boston Celtics 107-97 to level the NBA Finals series at 2-2 on Friday."

the playoffs are great. boston / brooklyn is a fuckin treat. i'll be interested to see how deep memphis goes, they're still my dark horse to win it all.
booker hurt sucks because it would mean after a monster season, phoenix might not even make it out of the first round. doncic as well - dallas is superior to utah with him but without it'll be a rough series.
still laughing that the lakers missed it all, but bummed paul george got covid before the most important game of the season. no LA teams in the playoffs probably have the nba ad reps pissed as hell.
- suns won't pass without book
+1 for memphis goesgrafician

Bron had 2 (!!!) 50+ points games in a week at age 37 and is the first 10K/10K/10K player in the NBA
re: "and lebron is finally mortal" lol
p.s. I don't agree how the Lakers are run rn, but disrespecting Bron is hilarious
