Is there secure app available out there to keep track of passwords for domain hosting ftp accounts, user emails etc...
I've been using LockNote for while.
Not bad, but it's essentially a encrypted txt file.

If you're on a Mac you can use Keychain Access or the app I use, it's called Pastor. It's freeware and works quite well.

I've got an excel sheet I drop in each folder for every client with client contact, usernames/passwords, notes, dates, etc. . Excel sheet is password protected. Same password for all of them, but hey, it's an attempt
