Blogging and Chat Room Development

  Hey all,

  I have a client that has requested that I put together a site for them that includes a blog and a chat room component. Although I can put together a HTML/CSS site without too much issue developing the Chat Room/Blog component is definitely more than I can pull off on my own.

  I am not opposed to using off the shelf software but I need to be able to integrate it seamlessly into the design.

  Any suggestions for how to pull this off?
