Graphic on top of SWF?

  I see mtv.com finally figured it out but I haven't yet. Anyone know how to get an image to display over an SWF?

  on http://monocle.com homepage they have the CSS drop downs over the flash file.....and it works well. would love to hear if anyone has any insight as well
