Hello there everyone,
I've been wondering (for professional reasons) what would be a good and fair salary in San Francisco.
I'm a Art Director / designer and Motion graphics artist, graduated in Graphic Design and very well skilled in PS, AI and AE. I'm also intermediate in C4D. Take a look on my website to check my XP:

you mean as Freelancer right?
I'm asking for a full-time position.
Thanks anyway!- Art Director might be a little ambitious.Douglas
- What do you mean? I was talking about working on styleframes for pitches. Art Direction. if i work on a position where i also work on boards how would i call that then? Thanks!rochagab
- ah.. i get it. i guess i consider that lead designer and AD as leading a team of people throughout development of a project while juggling the client.Douglas

Have you been getting good responses from agencies?
Have you contacted them yet?

I love your work rocha.
I think you should ask for a "as high as it gets " salary on your field.
I'm sure you have your reasons to leave freelance, but I think you could make more money freelancing though.

Yep, i agree dude. But i can't move in US without a visa to work there. That's the whole deal. I'm also looking for a new experience in the field.
BTW thanks for the complements. I really appreciate that.
Your works are nice too. Specially your print stuff.

Yeah, your reel is hot, man. You should be able to command something pretty high in that 75k + range. San Fransisco is very expensive (so I hear), so factor in that cost of living.
