anybody know of any free or cheap 3d model libraries – i'm looking for military type vehicles that i can render wireframes/meshes of for a project. I have used 3dcafe.com in the past but their free stuff section is currently down.

www.turbosquid.com, but most are expensive (I just bought a military vehicle for a client to put in a rendering, cost $240 for the one model).
They do have some free stuff, though, and you can buy collections fairly inexpensively.Let me know if you can't find anything, I've got tons of old models I can email you (no promises on quality, though, as I've never even opened them).
