it might be a silly question, but i won't have time to lose.
Soon I'll be in NYC for about 4 days and I wanna buy a new MacBookPro, I'm just asking because I'll get a custom one, like the options u can have at the online Apple store, choosing your processor, HD, RAM, screen, etc... So, can I go straight to the store and ask for any config I want or will I need anykind of pre-order?

u dont get it on the spot..buy it online.

i'm pretty sure if you walk in there and buy one, you can then upgrade it in store. it's just that you'll end up paying a bit more than if you were to purchase it online, as you'd be throwing away ram, a hd, etc.
i'd imagine at their flagship store they'd have all options as far as screens go.

any idea on how many days would it takes to get at the store?

you cannot get HD upgrades in store.
ONLY memory...
If you are willing to pay the ridiculous amounts they charge for memory upgrades, it takes a couple hours. Or you could do it yourself and save a couple hundred bucks.

They will not upgrade anything besides memory. If you need a bigger HD you or any other customizations you will need to order it online (which blows.)

i would buy it from the store and then get a hd/memory from somewhere else.

Also, all macbooks pro comes with 2 cards of 1GB each, right? am I able to trade or sell it somewhere?
