I didn't want to post this in the RIP of the day. A little back story...
My uncle was a record collector. He shaped my musical taste from a very young age. He passed last week, but he has been gone for years. I went to my aunts today and she had me take home a few turntables (to cobble a working one together) and take whatever records I wanted.Today I'm listening to his records. I have an original print of Darkside of the Moon, original prints of Zep II and III. Love & Rockets promo records, one is Ball of Confusion and Haunted, same songs both sides. The Bubblemen promo record as well.
I have a Leonard Cohen, The Who and last but not least, Ultravox, Loves Great Adventure.- sorry for your loss. glad you got what sounds like some priceless things to remember him bypockets

made it out and got to talk to marc rebillet before the show.. was a blast minus the jackoff LA locals trying to pitch their garbage for money & fame instead of enjoying the show. kudos to marc for keeping it moving.
- ive followed this "free tour" from NY and i swear the los angeles people are the most disrespectful POS when it comes to letting this guy perform.pockets

since I've heard it first (many years ago), I have always been in love with this piece, and to me it is one of those that kind of define your life in a sort of subjective way. Meaning: there are tunes (or other things you encounter on your journey) that you will do something to you, some thing you like, something slightly different each time you listen to them.. *yes, I was drinking rum again
sorry if my English is not that great :)
