No, I agree.
But how often do you generally make a fuss about starving dogs? I never do - but I would if someone left it in my yard, or right under my nose.

A better point for an artist to illustrate would be my personal lack of time to commit to worrying about starving dogs, Zimbabwe, Iraq, suicide bombers, starving people, climate change, urban 4x4's, world food prices, my tax return.... He might well put a starving dog in a gallery, but I'm still never going to worry too much about starving dogs.
