Erik increased the detail of the font (it now weighs in with 17 million points) so that it can be used without concern for lack of resolution. Additionally, by combining seven different versions of each glyph and OpenType substitutions, it also dodges the tell-tale “hey, it’s a font because those two ‘e’s are exactly the same” problem with most distressed type.

Leon Sans is a geometric sans-serif typeface made with code in 2019 by Jongmin Kim. It allows to change font weight dynamically and to create custom animations, effects or shapes in the Canvas element of HTML5. He designed the font to celebrate his newborn baby Leon.

Have any of you used SVG fonts in a production workflow? Curious about any issues. Not this font in particular, just SVG in general)
- I've used https://glyphsapp.co… to convert .svg fonts into useable web fonts and than used https://wordpress.or… to implement.ideaist

- Haven't had much experience in print with this method, BUT i've worked on fonts that clients have used across medium(s).
