I like the show but tend to agree that it's a bit too far fetched. Dr. Bishop does all these things that are unproven and they always work. A bit lame.
My thinking is this show should have been set in the near future to sell some of the stuff they are doing.
Still... entertaining show. does remind me of X-Files.

Just saw the first one (I love online playback, esp. at HD), was pretty disappointed. Loved X-Files, Twin Peaks, etc., but this just seemed too forced.
Get into a bin of liquid sitting for 20 yrs., get drugged by a locked up psycho you've known a few hours...dunno, seemed so far fetched that I couldn't get into it.

Episode 3 was nice.
Imo it's better as Heroes.

I was disappointed. Seemed formulaic and derivative... even for Fox.
The whole time it just seemed all to familiar... and not just the X-Files parallels. The plot was weak.**Spoiler Alert**
If her partner knew/collaborated with the guy at the storage area, and would obviously NOT want him arrested for fear of him talking... Why pursue him? And if he needed to be eliminated, why not just shoot him when he was running. Makes no sense.
- I also though the show just tried too hard, Like the location text overlay gimmick in the scenes.ETM

I missed the constant
"Mulder!"
"Scully!"
"Mulder!"
"Scully!"commercials were different... like 1-minute commercial breaks. weird.

Was hoping for more but a bit of a disappointment in my opinion. Through and through it seemed like a knockoff of Lost. Hidden agendas by secret companies and no coincidence that the first episode starts on a plane. Hell it even had actors from the Lost series.
I give it a "C" overall and an "F" on originality.- +1gadg3tg1rl

The guy wheeling in the dead body in the last scene is a local wannabe actor. Hes been trying to get famous for years now.
He also works for the humane society (but hes does so to try to get laid) and a while back an incident happened where someone left a dog in a car and he handcuffed the guy to the vehicle. He was fired for not following his protocol, and then tried to get is 15 mins of fame on the news for his incompetency. Hes a classic fuck up. And yes... Im a hater.
Seacrest out.
- wow you follow him closely for a wannabe actor and humane society customer service repepete22

I'll say one thing for JJ Abrams, he does like his 90's 3D title typography doesn't he.
I'll say another thing for JJ Abrams, he does a good keeping those Smurfs out of trouble.
They're called Schlumpfs in Germany you know. Oh yes.

The premier is tonight. Getting pretty good reviews as well. Hope Abrams hits a homerun.

I suspect a lot of actors from "Lost" will also make an appearance here. I wonder if there will be just as many plot twists.

The lack of question marks on those statements at the end there annoys detritus.
