.... i just went through the tiresome process of writing application letters... and now i've just been stumped. what the hell do i write inthe job application email subject title?
i want a job?

write the name of the position spacing it out L I K E T H I S and win.
If its a recruiting house send that same email 4 times back to back

Yeah I came across this same issue when I was applying for jobs. I would usually put something like "Regarding Design Position ( use exact title as posting) as posted on XYZ" in the Subject line.
Then I might write a quick cheesy email....just to make myself seem more personable...and possibly give me a leg-up over the guy that didn't write anything in the email (lazy ass).
Might say something like "Good afternoon, This email is in regards to the Web Designer position as posted on Yahoo! hotjobs. Please see attached for cover letter and resume. If you have any questions you can reach me at 555-555-555. - Thank you for your time "
May be a little redundant....but I think including your phone number in the email might be good...even though it's prob on your resume/cover letter. People are lazy and the easier you make it for them the better.
