I've been trying to edit some photos and when I save them to CMYK and reopen them later I get an error message.
"Could not complete your request because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found."
WTF am I doing wrong or is this another stupid CS3 bug?

File corruption.

but the original files are ok, its just after I make some sort of edit and re-save it.

uncheck maximize compatibility in the options?
save as a different file type like tiff?

do you work local?
Do you rename your files when you save?
Do you save with the extension?
- ninjasavant0
^ oh yeah, if you're working on a remote file in MacOS that will cause corruption.

try duplicating the file and see if it opens then...

here is your problem if you are working on a server.
- PIITB0
