My first car: VW Baja kit 1776cc motor and Bruce Meyers kit. (Yes, its pink. My friend and I mixed the paint wrong (c'mon, I was 18) and figured "Fuck it, Elvis had a pink Caddy, I can have a Pink bug."

My first own car. Smart Roadster Coupe Black. Fun little car, far too many manufacturing issues. Cost £5500 at the time, probably spent another £2000 on repairs and fixes - probably why they stick to the smaller 2x2 models now.
